Dr John Briggs

John Studied Geography and Geology at the University of Manchester before taking a PhD in climate science at the University of Nottingham. Following completion of his thesis in 2007, John worked in a post-doctoral capacity in the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Nottingham, undertaking work on carbon capture and storage technologies, and developing novel means of improving industrial energy efficiency for a large oil company. John joined Sancroft in 2008 and specializes in environmental policy, carbon and clean technologies.
